POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

Program Policy: Students are not required to register into a particular class; rather, the student may flexibly use his/her Dance Card to attend any age- and level-appropriate class in the General Dance Studies Program. If desired, please call (407) 695-8366 or send an Information Request for initial class recommendations. Additional recommendations will be made at the student’s first class. Students must abide by the posted Policies and Procedures of The Center for Contemporary Dance.

Dress Code: Please refer to the detailed listing of class descriptions for dance attire specific to each class. The dress code will be strictly enforced.

Payment Policy: Payments may be made using cash, money order, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). There is a returned check fee of $35 and student is not permitted to take class and participation cannot resume until outstanding tuition and returned check fees are paid in full.

Tuition and Class Policy: All purchases are final; no refunds or transfers. Students with zero or negative balances on Dance Cards (or unpaid tuition) may not participate in class. A minimum of 6 students is required to conduct a class. Participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is not guaranteed. View the Tuition Schedule.

Studio Closings Policy: The Center will be closed during major holidays as listed on the Class Schedule. The Center will be closed due to inclement weather in accordance with the Orange County Public School System.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

All online payments are secure and will be immediately applied to the student's Dance Account. Please call (407) 695-8366 or send an Information Request with questions. Students may choose from the following online registration options:

PARTIAL REGISTRATION: Pay only the one-time registration fee to hold a student's place in the School. Guests who choose this option are guaranteed placement in the School and may purchase class packages online at a later time, or upon arrival to their first class. Registration Forms will be sent via email within one (1) business day and must be presented upon arrival to the first class. PAY THE ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE AND HOLD MY PLACE

FULL REGISTRATION: Pay the one-time registration fee AND purchase a class package, Semester Access Pass or Monthly Access Pass. Guest who choose this option are guaranteed placement in the School and may begin attending class at any point during the term. Registration Forms will be sent via email within one (1) business day and must be presented upon arrival to the student's first class. PAY THE ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE AND PURCHASE CLASSES
